Are there any obvious problems which you feel need to be addressed? This could be vents seized, grate damaged, water running down your flue pipe, anything which you'd like us to pay particular attention to.

Parking - Please ensure there is official parking no more than a 5 minute walk from your boat and that the towpath is suitable for transporting a trolley full of heavy tools.

Boat Location - An accurate location must be provided for your boat using either what3words or Google maps.

Access - The majority of our clients will happily leave a key out for us but if this doesn't suit you then please guarantee you'll be at your boat for our arrival.

Stove Temperature - Please ensure the stove is cold in time for our engineer. We recommend that if the stove is in use the day before that the fire has been allowed to go out by 10-11pm and remove any burning coals/ash, it's quite surprising how the heat can be retained for many hours if not cleared.

Information - Time must be taken to guarantee the information supplied on the service request form is correct..

ETA - We do Not provide an ETA prior to the appointment date. You will receive a text on the morning of your appointment advising which job number you will be and the engineer will text you when they're on their way. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE THE ENGINEER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A TIME!!

We allocate X hours per service, if our engineer can not perform a service within this time due to onsite findings or any of the above points not being met a second appointment will be made to complete the work and a £60 call out fee will be applied.
